Trinity Cafe' at 114 South Robb Street, Trinity, Texas.

My wife and I ordered off the menu. After 30 minutes we noticed several tables including us had not received their food.
The owner heard us asking the waitress about the wait. The owner came over and told us that each order was made from scratch. After 40 minutes, we received average tasting meals. The owner does not realize that the best food possible does not matter, if you make customers wait 40 minutes for their meals.
The bright spot was the waitress. She was very helpful. And, even She was apologizing for the speed of the kitchen. Wow.
I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.
